Ron Chambers launched The Chambers Group more than 20 years ago. He began offering LegalShield/ID Shield as a supplemental employee benefit. He expanded their offerings in 2020 with “Advantages for Life” to include Telehealth. Life Exec and other essential benefits to help employers with the needs of their workforce due to COVID and beyond. He travels throughout the state and country working with Benefits Brokers, Insurance Agents, HR Directors and Benefits Specialists to implement the “Advantages for Life” as part of their benefit offerings.

The Chambers Group has always supported Associations and           Chamber of Commerce, understanding the essential role they play particularly in small businesses. In 2021, the Chambers group launched the “Chambers 4 Chambers” initiative, a “Non-Dues Revenue” program, bringing new innovative benefits to attract new members and retain current members.

Ron works with business owners, companies, colleges, school districts and municipalities to help them reduce employee stress and absenteeism which leads to increased productivity and profits. Ron also educates his clients about identity theft in the workplace including state and federal requirements, how it affects their employees, and how to protect the business and its employees.
